Booking conditions

1. Enquiry

Send your enquiry using the booking form or the AS36 assistant. You receive an acknowledgement email immediately. Your enquiry is private.

2. Confirmation of details

AS36 Aesthetic Studio replies with the exact inclusions, the active price, any deposit and the conditions for your chosen offer. Draft figures on the website are not bookable.

3. Pending dates

Your requested appointment date is pending until AS36 accepts it. A separate “appointment confirmed” email is sent only after the date is approved.

4. Payment

Payment is made in AED through a secure hosted checkout. You review the service, approved price, amount due and these conditions before paying. Your order reference is created at checkout and payment is marked successful only after the provider verifies it.

5. Quotes

Room decoration, corporate gifting, pregnancy-to-birth stories and unusual designs are quoted individually. AS36 sends a written quote and a payment link when you are ready.

6. Rescheduling

Babies set their own timetable. Contact AS36 as early as possible to move a date; rescheduling terms for your specific offer are confirmed in writing with your booking.

7. Privacy

Publication permissions are optional, separate and unchecked by default. You can book and pay without agreeing to any publicity.
